When quarantine started, I was looking at my closet and soon realized my extreme abundance in straight legged and skinny jeans. But my heart was swinging to oversized jeans (ooh and with fitted and/or crop tops). Now, shopping for jeans is tricky, there’s so many things to keep in mind: waist to hip ratio, how it’ll actually be on petites, shade, stretch, inseam and others. I always look at the model’s measurement and base my fit off that (years of online shopping made me have a good idea of mine relative to theirs). So, I was willing to try out a pair of mom jeans that was affordable and (of course) cute. These definitely made the cut. I measured as an Xs but I wanted my pants to fit a little bigger so I got a Small. After taking 1.5 inches off (I’m 4’11’), this pair is my current go to!
